At Liberal Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
